The better half and I managed to get tickets from Glasgow to London for less than £20 each, we saved something like £165.

Okay, let me have a look into which staff/officers are closer to Birmingham and perhaps we could run two meetups at the same time. We could even set up a laptop with Skype/Hangout or something so that everyone could introduce each other. Depending on where we do it/internet availability and so on.

How does that sound? Then no one misses out!

You should join us! We do 'business related topics' about MLO on a Monday and then there's always someone around every other day for chats and giggles.
