I think perhaps if we could have the first one in London and then rotate, as Callum said. That way it would be easiest for everyone to attend at least one. It will be easier for us to organise in London as the first one as I know the area very well and can plan. That way we'll know what to do/not do for the next one, which we could have in Birmingham. When I say London I don't mean Big Ben/touristy areas!! There's a lot of quiet and lovely places in London that we could go to, which will be better for those who feel anxious in crowds. Depending on the weather we could go to one of their parks or even rent out somewhere just for us, depending on what we wanted to do and how many people could come. If a few of you from each place wanted to go then how about car shares (if someone drives) or getting a coach and sticking together? It will be a fun experience for you to go as a group So, with university making it difficult for a lot, do we think mid-October instead? Thanks Bex

Yeah that sounds great and for me I think it would have to be a coach unless if someone wants to give me a ride aha if not can anyone from the northwest let me know if they are planing on getting a coach? So I can get one with you

Have a picnic in a park that way it's open and not a small space with not lots of people there. Hyde park would be great then we could go boating on the serpentine xx

Doubt I'll be able to make London, just checked it out and trains are really expensive and a coach takes about 5 and a half hours each way so by the time I got there Unless anyone has a way which is both fast and cheap? (From Liverpool/North West). Definitely would go to Birmingham though, if that was a second when would we do it?

Fly? Internal air tickets are really good rates and if you can fly to heathrow then there is a tube station straight to central London xx

Sounds good, I'm a northerner so yes up north would be ideal for me, and obviously as time goes on, I'm flexible and Birmingham would be good for me, depending on the date of course and money wise, but I think London will take too long by coach for me, but we'll see anyway. The chance of a meet-up does sound exciting, I will definitely look forward to it where ever it is best for me.

We could always do a sort of mini meet up around the same time for those up North who can't make it to London? Manchester maybe? that's pretty central
