Hey all,
Blogging is a great way to tell your story, without putting your face out there on a video diary. It also gives you a lot more freedom as to what you want to talk about. We are happy to accept blogs from anyone that has suffered, or is still suffering, from a mental health disorder. You can also blog for us if someone you know and care about is having a tough time, too. Here are some ideas of blog posts that we want to share with the world, but feel free to send us your own ideas: Your personal stories and your day to day life What a mental health disorder means to you Why people should be more open and honest about their illness Hints, tips and advice on how you deal with your own challenges Educational posts on what your mental health disorder actually is Personal blogs about things going on in your life Inspirational quotes, pictures or things you've found along the way Any other ideas? Let us know! Remember, as with our video blogs, you can decide to make these public (to raise awareness), or private just for support. You can also blog under a different name, if you don't want others to know your true identity. We will set you up with your own blog account, so you can add posts whenever you want! We'll simply review them and put them up as soon as we can. So tell your story and help raise awareness, get support from others and enjoy the positive outcomes this will bring.

Hi Bex,
I'd really love to blog for you if you're willing to have me. I currently have my own blog - stranobambolina.blogspot.co.uk and I'd love to help you raise awareness and reduce the stigma around mental health illnesses.
I would like to try give vlog a go but very nervous! But would be nice to try something a little different.
Let me know if I can get involved. :-)
