Hi everyone,
The blog is nearly ready for submissions, I want to get it done with some blogs up for Wednesday, when the YouTube channel will be launched! So, if you would prefer to do some blogging, as opposed to vlogging (although you can do both) then get involved!
The best thing to do, for your first blog, would be an introduction to you and your disorder. This way I can create an archive of your own blogs and people can look back and see who you are, what you do, etc. We'll go into things in much more detail in specific blog posts (medication, therapy, daily life, and so on) so you can mention these things but keep them brief. Hopefully, people will come back to see the next part of your story, too!
Examples of things to include:
I would suggest keeping these posts to under 500 words, just for now. If it goes over then it's not too much of a problem, but many people only read shorter blogs (or skim read), so we want to keep them as interested as possible. That way they'll come back and read more!
When your blog post is done please send it over to bex@mindslikeours.co.uk - I'll soon set everyone up with their own contributor accounts once I've got enough posts in to start getting them online.
Thanks everyone, looking forward to seeing your blog posts.

Examples of things to include:
- Who you are, where you're from and how old you are (don't forget, you can say as much/little about you as you want)
- What your mental health issues are and what that means
- Briefly touch on your daily life, stigma, medication, therapy, thoughts and feelings about MH in general
- Perhaps something about Minds Like Ours and why you joined
- Anything else you can think of that would be included in an introduction
