Well the new year is nearly here! It's that time of the year where we all say we're going to do something for the better in the new year! Do any of you have any plans for the new year? Mine are; - See my family often (That includes you guys!)
- Take better care of myself
- Learning new things along the way

Haven't thought about it too much yet, yours are really good though. I think having something general like being kinder to yourself is positive and achievable I'll let you know when I decide! xx

Don't really know how to phrase my plans tbh I want to work on myself and my future and hopefully make some progress with my feelings towards myself...I guess...difficult to describe really I also want to give blood at least once before the year is over...I am scared of needles and blood makes me feel sick so I have been putting it off

These are all really inspiring! I try not to get in the mindset too much of it being a resolution as I find I'll put too much pressure on myself, lol! So whilst I probably should try and not smoke anymore, there's no point in me committing to that. I suppose I want to take care of my physical health, as well as really get on track with my mental health. I also want to use my time properly, try and not procrastinate as much. My house needs a good tidy too, so I better throw that in there.

To take on board and remember all the GOOD things people say to me, and forget the bad!! To kick ass on my counselling course. To make time each day to practice my mindfulness skills. To lose my medication weight.

Although I never really make resolutions the one thing I am really set on changing this year is my physical health and fitness. Thanks to medication and agoraphobia I have put in nearly 4 stone in a year! I'm currently on day 8 of a modified juicing plan which is basically 1 or 2 freshly made fruit and veg juices a day, then 1 or 2 proper meals. I cannot believe how much energy I have! It's amazing what all the fresh fruit and veg does mentally as well as physically. So far, so good let's just hope I stick to it haha!
