Hi I got told about this site by a friend over facebook
I got recurring depression as my main issue but I have had an episode of psychosis a couple of months ago
Hope no one minds me being here
(i got this thing about calling forum members lovely so if anyone got a problem with it please do let me know)

Hello Hello Hello! I haven't been around long either, but after getting past the initial feeling of overwhelmed from all the info to get through and where to start I am starting to like what I see. Hopefully you will too!

We don't mind you being here at all. This is what the forum and facebook pages are all about.
MiLO is here to raise awareness of mental health issues and also support those who have mental health issues.
It is run by a great bunch of people who also have a variety mental health issues.
Once again, welcome to MiLO. I hope you will find the group/forum useful and also please interact with the many members that are on here.

Whats an ambassador Is it like admin An ambassador is kind of like a representative for their particular disorder(s). They're basically the people who you know will feel comfortable talking to you about problems you may have (although many of our other members are also okay with this), though you should keep in mind that we're not professionals. |
