Is this linked to any other conditions Beth? Sorry to sound ignorant, but more curious than anything just to see if it's an associated phobia with say OCD or maybe even Autism/Aspergers?

I hope that doesn't come across in the wrong way. The only reason I ask is my best friends son is autistic, and I know how much he can panic when something like that happens to him.

No my psychiatrist mentioned it to me the other day. Apparently it's linked to my self harm and my dad abusing me when I was little so I'm just afraid of it happening again or someone seeing my cuts. I did think it was an OCD thing but apparently it's not. x
