Hey, I've heard great things about this site so thought I'd give in to my curiosity and join.
I'm Jess, I'm 19 and I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome three years ago (not a mental illness but a neurological one). Around a year later I was diagnosed with Clinical Depression and put on anti depressants and given CBT over a number of months. I'm no longer on medication nor am I having CBT further. I'm not in the same place that I was but then I guess I still have some days.

Hope to get a chance to talk to new people on here soon
