Hi Everyone Just want to acknowledge the fact of when you message others privately for help on a sensitive/triggering subject, please remember that they could be having a bad day too or could be triggered by your message for help. This has been happening a lot recently and we thought we'd just share this message of acknowledgement and offer an idea for you all to try when you need to approach someone in a time of help or emergency. - Hi ______, Have you got time for a trigger warning?
You are not releasing the full blow of the situation on to anyone with such message therefore you are unable to trigger anyone with it but still receive the help you need. Please remember that we are not professionals here at MiLO, we are just those who have 1 thing in common. Mental Health Conditions. Please be mindful and please also remember there are helpline numbers on the main website if you feel you cannot help a person any further than you already have. Thank You Stay Positive MiLO Team. x
