Hey,
I was wondering if you might to able to add the websites associated with each helpline? This might be a good idea because a lot of people might be hesitant in calling a helpline so, by being able to check out the website beforehand, it might make them feel less anxious to call. Also, a lot of the websites themselves might have advice and support that could also be useful. If you wanted, I could send you an email with all the links on to save you some time?
Also, I was wondering if, at the bottom of the page - or even on a different page - we could have a list of websites that might be handy to know/use. For example:(http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/stress-anxiety-depression/Pages/low-mood-stress-anxiety.aspx) I only use this websites because I have used it before, and it could be very helpful to others. It would go under to heading: stress, Anxiety and Depression. (Or something like that!) Like before, I would be willing to compile a list of these websites for you making sure I covered everything that MiLO covers.
Thanks for reading.
Let me know if you want me to do anything!

That sounds like a good idea. They're more likely to use the phoneline if they can check out their credibility first...

That does sound like a very good idea As for the other resources, we'll soon have a page for things like that NHS link and lots of other articles that are helpful, divided into different disorders. It's gonna take some time to do it but it'll look wonderful when finished. Hopefully!

Just to let you know I've started getting the links together for the helplines page.
I'm also making a list of every single disorder I can possibly think of, I'll then be writing resources for each that will also have links to relevant resources (such as the NHS one). If anyone wants to help me writing these then that would be great. Just let me know and I'll split the list up once it's finished.
Thanks a lot!
