What treatments are there to beat this horrible disorder?

It's really hard with BED, I've had the same issue as a lot of people and professionals don't seem to take it seriously, although it's becoming better known. I'm not sure what to suggest really, as I've kinda just tried to deal with it myself. Some are more understanding than others and there is a bit of trial and error involved tbh. I'll try and see if I can find some information for you and put it on here. B-eat would be a good place to start though x
