So, I went away last weekend with a very good friend and her Mum who has bipolar. They got into an argument with each other and it quickly turned towards bipolar being involved.
It occurred to me how much MH issues affect the people around someone just as much, if not more than the person dealing with mental health.
As much as we all love being supportive and the person cannot help it, does anyone else ever sometimes get frustrated or lose patience without someone with MH issues without meaning to?

I'm glad it's not just me even when I really don't mean to lose patience!! Thank you so much for saying that. X

People in the past, especially my brother, have become very frustrated with me because of the way I act and behave. Now that I have started to open up a little to my family about these sort of things, they are more forgiving now.
I think an important thing to remember is, if you are living with someone with a mental health condition, as much as it may annoy or frustrate you at times, it's nothing compared to how much it annoys and frustrates that person. I get so annoyed at myself at times because I'm aware I'm doing something annoying, but I just can't help it :/
