You're not a freak at all! I've met lots of people with Bipolar, but it might just be no one has joined the forums yet who suffers with the same condition or maybe they haven't been able to speak out quite yet. Don't fret though - we're all here to support one another regardless of our condition and you're certainly never alone. xx

We do have quite a few members with bipolar disorder! Off the top of my head we have:
David, Andy, Rebecca (still in diagnosis), Bry and Katey

Don't feel alone! We're still brand new and so we'll soon have people joining with all sorts of disorders that you can talk too. Although someone may not have exactly the same illness as you, you'll find that a lot of us go through the same things!

Never doubt that a small group of committed citizens can change the world, indeed it's the only thing that ever has.

I'm bipolar Veronica. 43 years old , suffered from it all my adult life and was finally diagnosed with Bipolar Affective Disorder Mixed Type in 2010. Population wise there's loads of us in all ages so you aren't a freak. Hopefully more bipolars will join this forum but if you feel the need to interact with other bipolar people try signing up to www.bipolaruk.org.uk/ecommunity/ which is very active and even has a young people's thread.
