Good morning class! 
Today i am quite anxious. I have two jobs and my second job is working in the contact centre of a very large company. Today I am helping to teach other people in the contact centre how to deal with customers with disabilities, including Mental Health Disorders, when they come into contact with them.
I'm going to be sharing my experiences of living with a disability and a Mental Health Disorder and the experiences i've had when dealing with staff of companies big and small, good and bad.
So yeah, exciting stuff......but i'm literally dying from anxiety right now.
