Hi everyone,

I thought I should refer you to our new helplines page on the main website:

mindslikeours.co.uk/helplines.html

If you ever need to talk, then have a look through for the relevant people to contact. It's still a work in progress (especially non-UK numbers) but the more we add to it together, the better a resource it will be.

if we decided we wanted add a few more my friend kat (who I think you might know bex) created this wonderful doc www.vik.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/kats-list.doc for the vik site with every helpline you could possible want

Perhaps if we set up another page for 'helpful websites' then we can use that as a reference. Impressive stuff!
