Just incase anyone like me didn't quite get to watch all of the programme on iPlayer fast enough (well.. fell asleep), this link should work fine for a little while unless it is taken down. It's the full episode of Diaries Of A Broken Mind, enjoy! www.mixturecloud.com/media/rCTIFpYJ

Aww, dang.. the link's already been taken down. I really enjoyed it! There have been so few mental health tv shows that i've seen which actually portray how people genuinely react and feel on a daily basis. Usually it's just "Lets get a camera crew to stalk a person for X amount of time in America while the presenter does a poor job at explaining anything". Go BBC!

^ I think that there is only going to be the one episode unfortunately BBC 3 is doing a whole host of programmes on mental health at the moment though.

I loved the programme, It inspired me to do my own video, which lead me to Bex and I seem to have been stuck since But I also talked to a lot of people on it through twitter, such as Bex (agoraphobia), Mikey (OCD), Abbi (Bipolar) and Jess (DID) and I think it did a great job raising awareness. Without it MiLO wouldn't exist!
