Something I'd like to recommend to everyone, is a website called Moodscope. It's free to use, all you have to do is register and try to use it every day. It asks you to rate 20 aspects of your mood, on a scale of 'very slightly or not at all' to 'extremely'. These aspects are things such as how excited, inspired, anxious, upset, etc you are. Every time you use it, it rates your mood and plots it on a graph. Once you've been using it for a week or two, you can start to really get a feel for why you feel certain moods at certain times, and how your month is going overall. You're also able to add a little note to each day, so you can briefly explain the reasons for your mood that day. Here's an example of my mood for the last thirty days: As you can see, it gives me a really great overall view of my mood patterns, and when I hover over each day, I can see a little note explaining why. It's really helping me so far, and I hope it may be a help to some of you.
