Just a little idea I had whilst I was out earlier...
What about a newsletter? So people can subscribe, and you can email them a newsletter say once a month? It gives a chance for people to submit articles, you could have information in there about mental health in the news, wellbeing tips, personal stories, perhaps even like members prose/poetry/artwork, and info about how Minds Like Ours are doing.
When I was younger I also wanted to be a journalist, so happy to help where I can to fulfill my little girl dreams!

Hey Kim,
Really love this idea! I'll have a look into how we could do this, in terms of setting up a database of e-mails and so on. Once I've got all the technicalities sorted then I'll come back to everyone and get some input. Would love you to help out with some of the articles and things like that.
Great idea, thanks again!

Hey lovely, no worries! I just know this sort of thing would be good in terms of support and information but may act as therapeutic for those who write as well. If you need a hand with anything just give me a shout hun xx

I'd be happy to help with this idea, I've always loved writing and write fiction all the time (as well as historical essays and stuff). I'd be happy to do a section on history of different mental illnesses and etc or something if that would be of interest. Or something on how physical and mental illness have historically been treated differently <-- I did a 10,000 word dissertation on this, obviously I would cut it down. *laughs*
