I agree, that it is predominantly seen as female, in terms of eating disorders, and I think more awareness needs to be seen for men. My ex boyfriend had anorexia, but he refused treatment, but thats irrelevant. But prehaps he wouldnt of refused treatment if he hadnt been embarrassed about it? Im not sure.
Borderline Personality Disorders is very often seen as a female disorder too. Its difficult.

I agree also that BPD is often seen as a female thing, perhaps because mood swings are generally associated with teenage girls!
