Since I was 5 I have had anorexic thoughts. I remember going on holiday with my family and choosing the special k cereal to have for breakfast. When my mum asked why I said it was because I needed to loose weight. I was a normal body weight. I have also never been comfortable eating food around other food, or have not chosen food I would have liked to have because I didn't want people to 'judge' me. I didn't want people to think I was greedy and I have worries that people are looking at me and thinking mean things about it. I know I don't have an actual eating disorder, but do I need to see someone?

hi there. Thanks for joining MiLO. I would go and see your doctor and just mention these thoughts. There could be a few issues that it could be but as we aren't doctors, we can't say for sure.
