Hi everyone,
So our intro video/trailer went REALLY WELL and is still being retweeted and talked about by lots of people. BUT, it doesn't stop there. We now need personal introduction videos for everyone who wants to do one (whether you want to continue vlogging or not).
We need some personal intro videos about you and your disorder. You can do this any way you want; talking, writing about yourself on bits of paper, showing people photos, etc... The video can be as short as you want, but no longer than 3 minutes. We'll go into more detail in videos later down the line, this is just as if you're introducing yourself to someone. Your intro video should include:
That's it folks! If I could have those when you're ready then that would be great. Ideally I'd like to put one up every couple of days over the next few weeks, whilst our other videos and blogs are going up.
Remember to send them to bex@mindslikeours.co.uk and don't worry about editing out any bits as I can do that for you.

- Who you are (name/age)
- What mental health disorder(s) you have - or if you have a loved one that faces MH issues then about them instead
- How long you have had it/them for
- A little bit about what that MH disorder makes you feel/what happens on a daily basis/how you cope, etc... Don't worry about going into this in too much detail (especially as you only have 3 minutes) as we'll do more in-depth videos on daily lives, coping methods and so on a bit later.
- Anything else you want to include, such as something about MLO or what you do here, etc
