Many people find taking part in creative activities can have a fantastic impact when they are feeling down there are many ways to be creative including - Cooking/Baking
- Writing poems/stories/blogs
- knitting
- Painting/drawing/sculpting
- arts and crafts (making cards is great)
- playing an instrument (or singing perhaps...)
- dancing?
- acting club?
- programming/designing
