In the past couple of weeks I've noticed that my ears have been pretty much constantly ringing, particularly when I'm stressed or anxious. Has anyone else experienced this? I find it incredibly annoying, so if anyone has any advice on how to make it stop I'd be grateful!

I get short bursts of this when I'm particularly stressed or anxious, sorry I can't be much help but just thought I should let you know you're not alone with it! c: x

Unfortunately tinnitus is a problem without an answer (my mom works in the field of hearing). I've suggested this solution for other stuff so I hope people don't think I'm getting paid for this! But white noise can be helpful. When my mom gets tinnitus she has this clock but there are also phone apps where you can listening to the ocean or other repetitive noises that are very relaxing which may help with the anxiety, however they actually help your brain to ignore the tinnitus. General advise is too look after your ears. Loud music on earphones is a bad idea and generally being around loud music is bad for your hearing in the long run.

I've had tinnitus since I was 14. Unfortunately, there is no cure. It used to deprive me of sleep and frustrate me to no end, now I only hear it when it's extremely quiet in my environment and I've just gotten used to it. I agree with the white noise suggestion.
