So i'm just curious. This is a question that's been on my mind for a long time. I just wondered if anyone else gets flu like symptoms when they're having particularly horrible depressive periods? I would appreciate any answers. thank you  x |

I think people underestimate how much of an effect on the body depression has. It may "only be in the head" but that's where a lot of hormone levels are decided and it can cause some awful and unexpected effects.

Definitely agree Helen! It often has physical symptoms which is something not many people know!
