I'd be interested to join some kind of group to learn to look about tracking and moderations moods but I don't live in the biggest place and I don't know how I'd go about finding one in my area.

A physical one as opposed to an online one? No, there are none in my area. I recently did a self management course which was a group course for mental health sufferers and that was more like a support group though, and I found it very encouraging, but it was supervised and lead by professionals. I will also be starting group DBT, which isn't a support group either, more of a group therapy, but that's all that's offered where I live. If there was a beat support group here I'd go.
