Hi guys, I've been keeping my blog for about a year and a half, and I use it to write about books and mental health. Often the two topics merge, and I'm a big supporter of bibliotherapy (or reading to help you through different feelings and situations). Here's the link: www.therapythroughtolstoy.com/Check it out if you're interested! I'd love to hear from you if fiction has helped your mental health too... I have a few lists on the blog with people's recommendations, and I'm planning on expanding this project further to reduce mental health stigma and help others out. Hope you like it! Lucy

Hello Lucy,
Just checked out your link again (I posted in your introduction post) and it seems we are into similar sorts of things. Where to start Employability are doing great things. But they are really stretched to the limit aren't they, especially if one requires one-to-one help like me. Also, I am still loving TED you'll be pleased to know.
Did you ever start re-reading the Harry Potter books?
Seriously though, fiction has helped me so much Lucy. Can't even express what it means to me. Even if it is very specific books with fiction.
Ha. I am rambling maybe this conversation should be moved to private messages then it can be ignored if needed.
PS. See you live in Kent as well! Kent rocks! Where in Kent are you living? Don't have to answer if you don't want to.

Lucy this blog post is AMAZING. I haven't had the chance to read all of your blog, but I didn't realise the impact reading could have.
I LOVE reading, have done ever since I was a child, but I definitely need to find ways to motivate myself to read more. Your blog seems like the perfect answer!
Thank you so much - brilliant blog and will definitely give it a good read.
