So today I told my care co-ordinator about something that's been going on for a really long time but was getting worse and worse, and she called them non psychotic hallucinations or psuedo hallucinations. Anyone have any experience of these? She mentioned them being treated by anti-psychotics but I refused because of the weight gain and she said she would prefer I didn't because I have liver damage and they are trying to keep me off anything. for anyone who doesn't know it's like a hallucination that you can tell isn't real, it feels real, but you don't have psychosis so you no it isn't, like I hear a girl screaming in my head, but I know there isn't an ACTUAL girl inside my head. Make sense? anyone got experience or anything that helped?
