Hi. I was just wondering if anyone else suffers with chronic headaches or migraine with a mood disorder. I have suffered with migraines for years but lately they are far more frequent and I just can't sleep. I have googled it and there seems to be a connection, so I wondered if any one else on here experiences them.

I get migraines and headaches all the time. I usually have to sleep to get rid of a migraine and working with it is difficult. I have been taking meds for depression for 21 years now and my headaches have been getting more frequent in the last 10 years, not sure if they are connected to my meds or depression though.

Hey, sorry I'm so late replying! I haven't personally suffered with them, but I know a lot of people have. I do believe it's quite common, but if you're concerned, why not mention it to your health professional? It may put your mind at ease

Just saw this too, I get headaches all the time and sometimes migraines too - I think for me it's mostly related to sleep and stress, which all turn into a vicious cycle together! I've recently been wondering whether food has something to do with it too, I need to make an appointment to find out about food intolerances anyway! Could any of those relate to your problem? Xx

I suffer with bad migraines. I get a visual warning though when mine are setting in. Most times they are caused by my anxiety but with mine they can also be triggered by atmospheric pressure changes (when a storm is coming) which is weird and they can also be triggered by lack of food after I have a bad few days. Seek advice from your doctor if you are unsure
