Hi everyone I'm Nicole from Glasgow I'm eighteen am suffer from agoraphobia & panic disorder. Have had it since Nov last year and never left the house until I few months ago because it was so bad and my panic attacks felt like the end of the world obviously not but they where that bad to me personally. I start counselling a few months ago and have never touched any meds ( I do agree with them ) because I wanted to try doing it naturally first and has actually been pretty well for me. Its difficult and very stressful but I am overcomming it and getting out more and more even going to the shop is great for me and even manage a Gig last week which a was shocked but so proud for myself I don't no any personally who suffer so any question or whatever feel free to message me sorry for spelling mistakes on my phone lol.. Much love Nicole xo

Hi Nicole,
Welcome to the forum! So nice to have you on board. It's good to see that you're trying to get better naturally, sometimes that really is the best way to do it. Of course, medication can also help in a huge way as well.
It's amazing that you've managed to go to a gig already, I hope your recovery gets better and better every day.
Bex x
