I've created a thread in chit chat & so far have zero response so thought I'd create a little thread here since I suffer with anxiety..I just basically want to know if anyone else finds there anxiety is higher around the time of the month/when Mother Nature is coming/shark week if anyone thinks this is a weird post, can I just state that it's health related & completely normal

The week before I become a jittery mess, then the week during I feel ill and tired and even more depressed than normal. I was wondering if it was mental health related and now you've put this I'm slightly less worried thank you!

Yeah, I think that's normal..it's kind of your hormones too that are affected See I think that "mother nature" is something we don't speak about, obviously until one of us opens up & were like oh yeah, actually now you mention it.. Haha when I first read your reply at the end I thought you put now you've put this I'm slightly worried & I was like huh :/ why?! Oh god! haha..but then I read it properly what a relief! Don't thank me just thought I'd see how others are affected xx

So glad you bought this up! I get really anxious just before and at the beginning of mine...Thanks mother nature!! It's nice to know I am not the only one, I read online that because we are so sensitive with our anxiety, changes in our body alert our brain that something is different and our anxious side see's it as a threat and makes us more alert!
Another thing to think about ha ha! xx
P.S Anna read your blog and think it's great! xx
