I can get out on my own when I'm feeling ok, sometimes I feelings that I'm in danger which does stop me, I try not to let those feelings win. I am lucky with panic attacks..I have lots of them but I use the mindfulness technique bring them under control, this makes me feel positive as I very quickly go from feeling like I'm having a heart attack to feeling calm. I learned this with a psycologist, I dont know if you are aware of the technique, if not I am happy to explain it to you

Wen I'm in one of my down times I don't even here cars and have walked out in front of them I have been pull bk then I'm so sceared it got to the point wen I can't even go out whit my son and his dad wen I'm like it coz I think he will get heart if he not doing wat I need him to do I hat it he 6 and he should not have to put up whit me like it hi dad is very gd about it but we do fine some time but it is me that starts it it

I know what you mean, I can get so caught up with myself I cant even hear people speak to me, it doesnt matter what they do I am just in my own world....I know my wife gets very frustrated but she can see it from my side too. The thing my wife tries to keep getting across to me is that she is proud that I keep trying, I'm sure your family feel the same way about you

My son dad is gd my son now at the point were he like oh no not this agane hie 6 next week I just don't want him to grow up and see wat I had to see growing up whit my mum so I hid it from them now
