Will have to look at that I am fascinated by how poorly people respond to men with mental health problems, I don't see why people don't understand that it may not be as common as a woman having mental health problems but that that does not make it common and even if it isn't common then it still happens and men need to know that help is available to them and that people aren't going to brush it aside.It is awful.

Will definitely check this out, have you guys been watching the other programmes in the BBC's mental health season? Just wondering what everyone's thoughts were?

Hi Michaela - Welcome It is very interesting hearing men talking about mental health that's for sure. The term "man up" irks me. These guys are very brave, as is everyone that openly seeks help or shares their experience. I have really enjoyed the BBC series so far but have learned to record it and not watch it before bed!
