........Not only do I have a couple of MH disorders I also am an army wife, been an army wife is tough, the person you have chosen to spend your life with is always away for long periods of time months sometimes, and you are basically on your own some people have it abit easier because they are in uk near family and friends but I live in Germany and have done for the last year or so and I have gone from been happy to been sad to be completly at my wits end, I also dont have many friends over here too which is hard, the way I cope is not always great but it works sometimes! I write everything down and have a cry and try get the thing i'm down about out of my system by either writing it down or just taking my mind off it and reading this last year I have read about 15 books which is more than I have ever read! I also get intouch with my mum who these days sames to try understand more, she never will but she tries! I guess every body has ways of trying to cope!
i hope this helps!

I keep a sort of journal where I write down my thoughts. Sometimes I can go a few months without having to use it, and other times I'm writing in it every day. But yeah, I really find that writing down your thoughts and feelings really helps. I struggle to make sense of everything when it is in my head, so writing it down and organizing it into sentences, and things like "I feel like..." helps me to understand what it is I am actually feeling. I very rarely read what I have wrote, as it tends to upset me at times. But yeah, this method helps me out a lot at times

My mum used to get a book with how I was feeling based on a number scale. She'd write in it 3 times a day, so that when I was having a bad day I could see better days do come and how far I'd come in recovery.
