OK, today I had my first major panic attack in a long time (actually 2 or 3 happened today). My ocd and contamination went into overdrive after my neighbour decided to move my wheelie bin from the top of the drive to right outside my door (which is around the back of the property). He had no right to move the bin in the 1st place but to move it deliberately around the back and outside my door is just taking the piss. He could have just put the bin back in the area where my bins are stored but he took it too far.
These panic attacks were very severe and lead to breathing issues, nausea and general discomfort.
I'm lucky I have a good friend who I've never met but have talked to a lot. She called the police using the 101 number and registered her thoughts and concerns. It went down as a concern call and at 7pm tonight, a police officer came to see me. They had no info on me on the system so asked for the usual stuff. They then also asked for an emergency contact person in case this happens again.
The police did ask about my mental health issues and asked if I was getting help from mental health teams or crisis teams. I gave therm the name of the therapist and I guess they might contact him to explain everything. I may now also be on the police radar as vulnerable so if something does come up with my mental health ie a severe drop in my moods leading to bad thoughts, they will be aware and can act in a reasonable manner.

Some people are such jerks. I don't really have experience with OCD but I have had times where people have violated my boundaries and caused me to have panic attacks. It's stupid when they're doing something totally unnecessary or passive aggressive.

What a mean and pointless thing to do...some people need to grow up.I guess it could be beneficial being on the police's radar.

Do you have any idea why he would do something like that? If it was meant to be a practical joke then it was a horrible one!
