Well I know a lot of the country has been plagued with some really awful weather these last few months, but I must say I feel very lucky living in the midlands right now!! February has has predominately sunny days and I've been able to get out for lots of walks in pretty parks and lakes..... makes me SO excited for spring, warmer weather, longer evenings and bird singing again.
Does anyone find as the season starts to change for the better their mental health improves?

Funny you should say that, since I was in the midlands the other day and the weather was awful. :') I'm definitely looking forward to spring though, and particularly Easter!

The West Midlands has been getting it pretty bad but then again on the radio they were saying all the weather was bad and here is Loughborough there was beautiful sunshine! I've got a few flowers out on my balcony, however it'll be much, much nicer once spring is here. Maybe I should get some daffodils! I'm hoping for the rest of the couple that we get some dry weather for a while.
My sister gets SAD but I don't really get much seasonal effect.

I love daffodils, they're definitely one of my favourite things about spring.

Ooo definitely Helen! Daffodiles are so pretty! And the ultimate mark of spring. I'm in Nottingham and we've had some lovely weather here since the start of february. A few windy days but nothing like what the rest of the country seem to have been experiencing! I do find the seasons have an impact on my mood, and I always take advantage of a sunny day and get out for a good walk. It lets you just take a breather and appreciate how amazing the world is!

I do love cycling and I hope to get out into the countryside a lot more when it's a bit warmer. It's pretty exciting having flowers on my balcony! I feel so grown up.
