I have something slightly different. I call it my Special Box (actually I have two, my first one overflowed...) and it has special notes people wrote for me, photos, little things I keep from special dates, etc. It's really nice to sit and look through when you're feeling down

But I think ideas like this are all about adapting the idea, so it can help YOU personally. Keep meaning to get bubble wrap, but never seem to remember when I am in the right place! I will have to write myself a reminder and hope that works. A few people have posted on here saying they would create one for themselves, if you are one of those people. Have you managed to do it?

This is a lovely idea! Luckily for me i'm one of those people who hoards show boxes, thinking I'll have a place to put them all. (I don't, but whatever...) I don't have a box (right now), but I do have a book. I write down all the positive things i've done in the day in it, or sometimes I just draw. Although there are a lot of torn pages from where I got frustrated from lack of inspiration. I love this idea, and I'll go looking for stuff to put in the box as soon as possible.

I think this is a brilliant idea. I used to have one but don't know what happened to it. Failing the shoe box washing powder tubs n boxes are also good for this. Plus it smells nice each time u open it. X

I ordered a cd storage box with flowers on it. which will be my postive box. just need to collect it. also need to get somthing to cuddle and a "reminder sheet/to do sheet". when i get low/panic attack my mind goes blank so when people go "what can i do to help you?" its like i cant respond so having a sheet attached to my box will help me.

Hey, I think this is such a fantastic idea.I am definitely thinking about putting one together been looking into wrapping paper =] I have kept most of my birthday cards since I was about 13 I think so I think some of them would be a fantastic addition to my box and maybe others will like the idea, maybe even cutting some of the cards up and using them to decorate the box or something would be nice
I am also hoping to finallly get around to making a scrap book

That sounds a really good idea It's good if having things written down can help restart you out of being panicked.

That's really sweet! I might do something like that. But I am the kind of person who probably couldn't wait all year to open it...
