I know... I'm ok, my triggers are okay. It's just been a difficult time for our whole family, but I am fine personally. I just tend to withdraw when I'm overwhelmed a bit by other things. I'll try and engage more with the forum, I mainly just use the facebook group but I'll lurk around here a wee bit.

It does sound great.

Sadly, it's part of my condition that I can't talk on the phone or appear on any kind of video, so I'd be useless in terms of TV or anything.

I am able to talk pretty much freely via e-mail and on here though, it's a kind of barrier between me and other people that allows me to do so.

I doubt anyone would need my input, but I'm here on the off chance they do and I'll keep checking back to this topic.
